Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Ayesha Awais ("we") about your use of Repwave. By using the app you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Not medical advice
Workouts, calorie and macro targets, form feedback and AI coach answers are general fitness information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training plan or diet, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a health condition. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Never use the app in an emergency.
2. Exercise at your own risk
Physical exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose what you do and how hard you train, and you are responsible for using safe equipment and a safe space. Form check is a guide: it can miss or misjudge movements.
3. The AI coach
The coach and AI workouts are produced by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you, and they don't know your medical history. Check anything important. AI use is limited by AI credits (see Premium below).
4. Who can use it
You must be at least 16. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at info@swiftstudioz.com if you think someone else has used it.
5. Premium subscriptions
- Premium is sold as an auto-renewing monthly subscription through the App Store or Google Play, with a free trial for new subscribers. The price is shown before you buy. After the trial, the app needs an active subscription.
- Payment is charged to your store account at the end of the free trial, or when you confirm the purchase if you've had a trial before. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Each subscription period includes a set number of AI credits, used by the AI coach and AI workouts according to how much each request costs to run. The free trial includes fewer. Unused included credits don't carry over to the next period. When they run out, AI features pause until the next period, unless you buy extra AI credits as a one-time in-app purchase. Extra credits don't expire, but can only be used while your subscription is active, and are non-refundable except where the store's policy or the law says otherwise.
- Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
6. Using the app fairly
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or get around its limits or security, no access to other people's data, and no use of the AI coach to create harmful or illegal content. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Your content
What you log stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Food and nutrition values come partly from Open Food Facts (available under the Open Database Licence) and the USDA, and may contain mistakes.
8. Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
9. Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.
10. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or harm resulting from exercise or diet choices you make, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
